EVER District is EVER RED’s first community. The 60.79 acre site will be comprised of single-family homes, medium-density residential, and strategic commercial zones. This development is being designed to meet the needs of the rapidly growing southwest Edmonton area.

Single-Family Homes: The west 16.32 acres of the parcel are being zoned for single-family homes. More details will be available upon servicing of the site.

Medium-Density Residential: To meet the demand for housing in the southwest neighbourhoods, 6.12 acres of the site has been designated for medium-density (multi-family) residential development. This will consist of an optimized mix of townhomes and apartment buildings, creating an estimated 250+ new units in the area.

Commercial: targeting prolific retail and professional users, the commercial portion of this site is expected to attract necessity retailers due to it’s high-profile nature. With frontage on Ellerslie Road SW and excellent visibility from the Rabbit Hill Road intersection, over 42,000 vehicles (2023) pass by the site daily.

The early phases of design have commenced with next steps including subdivision and rezoning. Updates on residential and commercial opportunities will be posted as they become available.
