EVER Square: Design on the Gateway to Edmonton

EVER Real Estate Developments Ltd., is excited to share the latest designs and planning for EVER Square, our signature 150,000 sq. ft. development with anticipated completion in 2023.

The 5.78 acres land parcel has had numerous visions over the years, with the previous landowner imagining an extravagant casino and hotel entertainment complex positioned on the entryway to Edmonton. From the point of us exploring the opportunity to receiving our Motion of Support from the Edmonton Design Committee, the site plan has evolved from a multi-use plaza with residential and hotel towers, to a full retail centre, and finally to a modern retail and office site anchored by a medical facility.

We have been working closely with our consultants and potential occupants to create a site plan that maximizes the site through building and site design, parking, landscaping and more, while taking advantage of its high visibility and sightlines, and we are confident in our final design.

EVER Square will be more than 150,000 square feet and will include three drive-thrus, main-level commercial retail units, a multi-story medical treatment facility, and four stories of office space to accommodate a vast array of medical and professional tenants. Patrons and occupants of the centre will enjoy the convenience of heated underground parking, a multitude of dining options (both quick service and eat-in), a variety of personal service and retail shops/stores, and landscaped areas throughout the site.

Final tweaks and construction drawings are underway, however, we’re excited to have received unanimous support from the Edmonton Design Committee, who has thoroughly reviewed this project as setting the bar for new developments on the “Gateway to Edmonton”, the main connector route from Calgary and the Edmonton International Airport, to Downtown Edmonton.

We are focused on a long-term vision of Edmonton and are placing great emphasis on the sustainability, design, look, and overall tone of EVER Square, and all our future developments.
