Since its founding in 2021, EVER RED has delivered a series of transformative developments that have shaped its trajectory and strengthened its presence in the region. Following the launch of EVER Square and the relocation of the company’s headquarters to the office tower in April 2025, EVER RED has continued to broaden its portfolio and deepen its impact.
In the past year, the company completed its first multi‑family asset, The Azure, a milestone that signals its expanding expertise across asset classes. Construction is now underway on two separate big‑box‑anchored sites—further demonstrating EVER RED’s disciplined approach to commercial development and its focus on serving the needs of growing suburban markets.
Most recently, the announcement of EVER District has underscored the company’s long‑term vision and its commitment to delivering high‑quality, community‑focused projects that contribute to the vitality of the region.

We are also proud of the Ever Excellence Foundation, established five years ago as a strategic extension of our commitment to social impact. In last two years, the foundation has distributed funds to WIN House (2024), CASA Mental Health (2025) and through scholarships at NAIT (2024, 2025).
