EVER RED Welcomes Rahul Narayan to the Team
EVER Real Estate Developments is proud to announce Rahul Narayan has officially joined our team as the Junior Asset Manager, playing a crucial role in ensuring the consistency and quality of tenant contracts. With a keen eye for detail, he works to meet tenant requirements while collaborating across departments to help drive the growth of assets and meet the company’s projections. Rahul’s position also involves shadowing department leads to gain a holistic understanding of the business, setting the stage for his continued professional development.
A graduate of the University of Alberta (UofA), Rahul earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree with a major in management, complemented by a certificate in real estate. His academic foundation laid the groundwork for his commitment to both strategic business practices and the dynamic world of real estate. Throughout his university years, Rahul actively engaged in extracurricular activities, particularly with the University of Alberta Real Estate Club (UARC), where he served in a leadership role for three years. During his tenure, he was responsible for external relations, establishing connections with industry professionals and further deepening his understanding of the real estate sector. Rahul’s leadership and ability to navigate complex challenges were demonstrated through his impressive achievements in various case competitions. Notably, he and his team placed second at the ENACTUS Regional Case Competition in 2024 and reached the semifinals at the national level in the same year, focusing on entrepreneurship-based challenges. Additionally, Rahul consistently secured top-5 finishes in local case competitions, further proving his strategic acumen.
Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Rahul is passionate about supporting South Asian excellence in sports. He has previously been involved with the Brown Ballers business development initiative, which champions the inclusion and advancement of South Asian athletes. Rahul’s leadership extends beyond business, as he has also spent years coaching basketball, mentoring young athletes and fostering teamwork and discipline.
Looking ahead, Rahul is committed to learning as much as possible about the real estate and leasing industry. He aims to continuously add value to EVER RED and contribute to our long-term growth and success.
