In early days of building our corporate identity, our team collaboratively identified our core values. The ringing phrase ‘Sharp Minds for Bold Moves’ was coined. It refers to having the knowledge to make confident decisions, and the tenacity to take on unique and significant challenges in pursuit of our mission.
Today, our team is excited to announce two new bold moves, and the sharp minds behind them.
EVER RED Name Change
EVER Real Estate Developments Ltd. launched March 1, 2021, with the vision of developing unique projects with lasting value and making sustainable and prosperous contributions to the communities we work, live, and play.
As we look at long-term growth in markets across Canada, we’ve recognized the popularity, and by association, the limitations our previous name. Our company name and by extension, our projects, deserve distinctive branding consistent with the unique projects we develop. In recognition of our commitment to sustainability and our direction toward lifestyle developments, we’re excited to share that our company name has changed to EVER Real Estate Developments Ltd. aka, EVER RED.
A name that is unique in this industry, EVER RED stands apart, is distinctly memorable and conveys the timelessness of well-designed spaces. As an organization with a commitment to building with the future in mind, EVER RED will continue to make smart decisions and bold moves that benefit our stakeholders, communities, and clients.
RE/MAX Excellence Partnership
EVER RED is excited to announce our partnership with RE/MAX Excellence and RE/MAX Excellence Commercial Division. The residential and commercial brokerage is responsible for 4.84 % of all real estate transactions in Edmonton and is currently home to 156 licensed associates.
Effective June 28th, Ayaz Bhanji exited the executive team after 12 years of successful management, brokerage support, and leadership. The restructured ownership group consists of Don Patterson and Sam Narayan, with key team members of EVER RED providing executive support, strategic direction, and enhanced synergies between RE/MAX Excellence and parent company, EVER RED.
The teams at RE/MAX Excellence and EVER RED have worked collaboratively and maintain an effective working relationship further enhanced by clear direction by the new ownership group. RE/MAX Excellence will continue to benefit from the networks, knowledge, and opportunities provided by EVER RED, and EVER RED is backed by the full marketing and leasing support of the brokerage.
